Each player may hold only one (1) pisabet Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering a pisabet Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pisabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify pisabet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. pisabet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security.
pisabet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration is fraudulent, that the player is ineligible, or that the player has previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
All deposits to your pisabet Account must be made using payment methods accepted by pisabet. Accepted payment methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
pisabet does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Any attempt to deposit using a prohibited payment method will be declined and may result in Account review.
All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the pisabet deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on the Platform only. pisabet does not provide any financial services, investment products, or interest on deposited funds.
pisabet is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits. You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to pisabet are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your pisabet Account dashboard. pisabet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification by providing a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID). pisabet reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name. pisabet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the pisabet withdrawal page.
pisabet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
pisabet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Player Funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
pisabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. pisabet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
Players who have opted into a bonus may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited. Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time through their Account settings.
All games available on the pisabet Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pisabet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pisabet customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool available in their Account settings rather than requesting standard closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pisabet Platform without the prior written consent of pisabet. Any unauthorized use of pisabet's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pisabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pisabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pisabet Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pisabet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pisabet will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
pisabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pisabet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and pisabet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.
pisabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pisabet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pisabet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pisabet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pisabet customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pisabet will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
